i4DM provides a full range of Managed IT Services from end to end with Tiers 1 through 3 support specializing in information security or since many of our customers have IT staff of their own, we may only take on one or two of the tiers, but we work very closely with our customers to make sure that their needs are met.
Hybrid Service – For Customers that have their own IT staff we act as adjunct staff to help manage, maintain and secure the day to day operations. This allows the staff to focus on their core business.
End to End Support Service – For customers that choose our end-to-end service we provide the engineering talent to support customers from helpdesk through network support.
